To reiterate what Paul Downs said- You need to be getting this from your insurance provider, after all, they are going to be the ones paying out on most claims. If they don't include safety training, employee manuals and all the stuff we love to do you're missing out and likely paying for the increased risk the both of you are creating.

Do yourself a favor and get quotes and sit down for 90 minutes with those who specialize for your industry and see what they really offer besides "insurance", you'll be pleased at the outcome". Ask about true cost replacement, coverage for down time and business interruption clauses as well as things like CNC spindle crashes. I'm no expert at this, but I've learned a ton the last couple years and become a lot more professional.

Find an insurance carrier that specializes in your industry, not just we offer competitive "Business Coverage." You'll be taken care of and probably pay the same or less by a company that knows the industry.
Ask yourself this, if you bid a job with a lot of unknowns and potential risks, do you bid higher to cover the unknowns and cover yourself? Guess what, generic "business insurers" will do the same to you.
