I installed a Dynapro slide set on my pot drawer. I find when I open it, it wants to slide out on its own, almost as if it were not level. Funny enough I put a level on the drawer box and it is leaning out when extended but the cabinet itself is not that out of level. These slides are rated for some heavy weight and I am not close to it. Is it normal?

You measured the cab for level and the drawer for level, you say the drawer is leaning out, is the slide installed properly?

We've been installing Dynapro's for years and they are one of the most robust undermounts out there. They smoke Blum all day long. Never had one roll out on its own and I have never had a slide that's installed correctly want to roll out on its own due to heavy loading EVER. If its going to roll out on its own its going to roll out dead empty or fully loaded. The cabinet member is never going to flex enough to succumb to gravity.

You've got issues that your not measuring in my opinion. My guess is your box "may" be level, but your slide may be way off.

I checked the slides for level on the mounting bracket and the left side is out of level for sure. it's sitting on the bottom of the cabinet on both sides. Odd that the left side of the cabinet is out of level more than the right side. So I am thinking to raise the front of the left slide about 1/8". That will mess up my drawer front. Will need to re-position it and drill holes will be very close to the ones currently drilled. Leads me to another question. My drawer fronts are rail and stile with a flat panel in the middle. The only place to anchor the drawer front to the drawer itself is on the rails or stiles. Well the rails are out because the bottom of the drawer sits to high to drill into the rail. So I drilled into the left and right stiles but I am literally on the inside edge of the drawer and on a slight angle with the screw into the stiles. Is there another way?

Tony - we do a lot of drawer fronts with frames & flat panels. We make our stiles 3.5" wide, this allows us to screw into the stile without being too close to the edge.

Thing is the drawer fronts are existing. Customer is changing out the box only and I need to re-use the fronts
