Edge Bander Glue everywhere6/30
I have a friend of mine very close to my shop with a big boy edge bander do the majority of our banding. We have a small Veritux EB 25 we keep in house if we need to apply an edge quickly.
Years ago we used to buy a few different products that can be applied to the inner workings of the machine, blades, guillotine knives and such so the glue does not stick to everything. What is a good product to use that is not overly expensive and actually works.
adwood makes a no stick release, and get a bigger bander...
Try ACMOS, aerosol applied and do use some good ventilation. Product really works.
Putting too much on? Try dialing it back until it won't quite hold then put a bit more on. Your supplier will give you a small roll of clear banding so you can see the coverage.
I second the ACMOS. Good stuff
where are you guys buying this ACMOS stuff? I wouldn't mind trying it.
ACMOS is great, we used to get it from stiles
There are some metal mold releases that works well also, we have injection plastic machines here as well
