Tigerstop or Razorgage7/25
My Tigerstop is worn out, I bought it used about five years ago and it is having some accuracy problems. I got a quote for 2k to fix it but I'm thinking I would just like to replace it. I've been looking at the Razorgage as well as the Tigerstop. Does anyone have pros or cons on either? Any help would be great.
Steve, if you advise the configuration of your TigerStop, I would be happy to provide a quote for a similarly configured RazorGage replacement positioner.
I can't speak for Tiger Stop but we have had a razor gage for around 10 years and we have been very happy with the hardware, software and support. Still frighteningly accurate and trouble free.
I think either way you are fine.
I love the internet, I've never heard of Razorgage. I'm going to call them on Monday for a project
TigerStop patented the first system, they've has been around the longest, have the largest distribution network, and they're in operation on almost every continent. Their customer service is top notch and they stand by their product. You can get an introductory TigerStop system called a SawGear for an incredible price if cost is what you are looking at. They have the entire product range from small shop to fully automated systems with loaders. Do your research, watch the TigerStop YouTube channel Facebook page and website. Their touch screen is next level.
