I am doing a euro job with multiple 45 degree inside corner cabinets. is there a fast way to figure door sizing to keep an 1/8th reveal? also what kind of blum hinge would be best for this situation

Mock it up until you figurer out what you are doing. I make my doors to fit the box sizes used in the corners.

When faced with this same problem a few years ago I ended up laying them out full size on paper. Old school, but it was far easier than trying to do it with my drafting package, and the doors fit perfectly.

For us what works is whatever the diagnol is (36" wide x 36" deep, 24" deep sides (23 1/4" + 3/4" back)= 12 squared + 12 squared= square root 288 minus 1 1/2"= door size OR 16.97" - 1.5" = 15 1/2 we will call it. Works everytime for us but we use 13/16" doors and 1/8" bumpers. Your mileage will vary.

Make cabinet doors to fit your cabinet and allow for corner fillers and your usual reveal between door edge and fillers. This way when you open the doors they won’t hit the drawer handles and you have some play by cutting the fillers on site
