Canít find this hinge12/9
Itís a 3/8Ē offset hinge on a cabinet made in the earlier 1900ís
ďTodaysĒ hinges havre a bigger lip (area to the right of my thumb). These wonít work, because the doors are 1-1/8Ē thick behind the lip, therefore a traditional wrap around hinge wonít work.
Anyone know of a source?
Worst case, I can route an area in the back of the door to accept a traditional wrap around offset hinge or if the doors are completely solid, I can run the back side through my thickness planer.
Hereís a different view
Looks to me like someone cut and modified a traditional offset hinge.
Lee Valley had one of the best ranges of hardware.
