dxf to biesse works for boring1/4
how to make a dxf to import to biesse works for boring
you need to manual import dxf as geometry and the apply operation as geometry.
AutoCAD is a must in CNC or any drawing type,,,consider getting alphacam with the correct post processor,,,this will output machine specific nc code and all you have to do Is plug the usb stick into the editor and run it
Do you know how to do a manual import?
Once you open a manual import you can import the circles as either geometry or as a boring operation. It's probably simpler to do it directly as a boring operation.
Hope it helps
Once it is saved as a dxf file, you can then import the file as mentioned above. Cad software is necessary.
7510 is the depth of the bore, including into the spoil board. Set as needed.
TCHB8W0D7500 is the bounding box of the overall part with .75 thickness
TCHB1W0TCD$11$S18000F20000TC2D7510 is outside toolpath of overall part.
11 is the tool number
All geometry must be 2d polylines or circles.
Vertex order seems to matter for direction.
