Anyone else having issue getting a replacement for the recalled AirPro Collett?
I have been on a 12 to 18 month long odyssey of banging my head against the wall with them.
After the first recall, I was sent a replacement that did not function well at all. I contacted BVC where I purchased and and they asked that I contact Nap Gladu direct . They had me send the 2nd one back to them. After a month with no reply I contacted them again, They wanted me to open an account with them in order to send me a replacement. As I already had purchased the product and sent it back at their request I refused to open an account with them.
Once every month or so I would call and get a run around with them saying they would get back with me.
Then the guy I was working with left the company. I had to get Jill at BVC involved about 6 weeks ago. BVC has been very helpful in trying to resolve this. They are a great company.
Nap Gladu sent paperwork on 12/3 saying they would ship it out on Monday. Still don't have it. They are not responding to my emails from last week.
Anybody else having problems getting remplacements back?
