Nesting veneered MDF panels for 5 piece cabinet doors3/19
Does anyone here nest the center panels for their 5 piece wood cabinet doors instead of cutting on a table saw? Wondering if this would be a good idea with my new nesting table.
Cutting them on the TS is likely quicker and will yield better.
But if you are a one man or a low man shop then while the CNC is doing the panel cutting you can be doing something else.
Hi, nest cutting them on a cnc router is recommended. Save time and maximum use the panels, production optimization.
I nest them all day. I have a program I could give you that I wrote. will make your cutlists and give you nested sheets or dxfs from a CSV file.
