I don't know if this is any different than what you have.
I have some emails from about 6 years ago when we came across this, our problem was the format wouldn't accept more than 99 parts so part 101 messed up the cutting instructions.
I think you need an AD file for the inventory sizes. The AD file can contain only one material type but can contain different size boards.

Giben America AC File Format 1/1
The AC file is Giben's import/export file format. It contains the cutting
pattern data for one material. This is termed a JOB in OPTISAVE.
The file consisits of ASCII text, undelimited, fixed-field format with filename
extension AC (filename.AC)
