My Rover J 1530 relay (SA1k1) has a red light on in the electronics cabinet. In the row of all these relays, this is the only one that has a red light on. I turn the machine on with air pressure at 7.5 bars, and it stays in estop. I'm sure this relay is the problem, but what is it connected to? Any help would be wonderful. Thank you.

Please post a picture

Pull all the estops and reset the safety cable if you have one.

If you have a safety mat, check that it is clear.

You were right! Estop button and air pressure sensor were shorted. Bypassed both and everything worked for a fly cut. Everything was going great until a function was changed on the controller, I think.

When a tool holder is present in the spindle, the sensor reads it is empty. When a tool holder is absent in the spindle, the sensor accepts it as a tool holder present. Runs programs and everything without a tool.

I believe this is a command on my NK105 G2 controller that is reversible. Problem is, what command signifies a tool being present in the spindle?
