Ok as simple as it is, a polish/Wax like a Lemon Pledge does indeed work pretty well.
And the good old like Johnsons paste wax really lays on a thick protective layer and shine.
But I am looking for something that finishes like the paste thick and really long lasting, BUT.... is a liquid not a paste.
anyone with any suggestions?
Sorry, just can't agree. Lemon Pledge is nearly all solvent and scented oil. A terribly short term product. I've also never considered a paste wax as providing a thick protective layer. Applied and buffed provides nothing that can be measured in thickness. After too many applications of paste wax, it has to be stripped to remove a goo from combining with hand oils. I haven't used either product for decades, but to each their own.
