Adjustments to Soft Close Slides

A drawer front is about 1/8" higher than the door next to it (a pullout with a screwed on front). The drawer has an undermount, easy close slide that I am not familiar with. It is NOT a Blum or an Accuride Eclipse. It has a blue locking mechanism and the only thing stamped on it is Pro 500 series 533A. I am trying to figure out if it has a slight up/down adjustment, like Blum slides have, so I don't have to take off the drawer front and mess with it. Anyone recognize these drawer slides so I can look up the directions? A search on the web produced Houck 500 series, which look nothing like these easy close slides.

On the first pic,it looks like some kind of mechanism in the center.A picture from under but with drawer open would be better.And a pic of the blue latch would also help.

The Salice says it has a +3mm adjustment, so lower is not an option.

I think you are right. At least, if they are not Salice underslides, they are very similar. I can't find any installation instructions on the web, however, which would describe the adjustments. When I turn the wheel, it seems to have some affect on whether the drawer closes by itself or hangs up, but I don't really see the drawer front moving. There are no other adjusting screws that I can see. The handles have been installed now so it is too late to move the drawer front up or down by taking it off and reinstalling it. I would have to move the drawer slide up ever so slightly, which is a pain. I really wish these manufacturers would be consistent about allowing slight adjustments in all directions. Anyway, does anybody know where I can find the adjustment instructions for the Salice slides? I know such instructions must come with the slides but I don't even know any place locally that sells Salice, and there is no address for emailing or calling the manufacturer.

Oh yes, I just noticed that someone mentioned the drawer can go up, but not down. I need to adjust it down 1/8", and only on one side. All I can hope is that whoever installed the drawer in the first place adjusted it up to the max, and I can undo that. If all else fails, I think I will wait until the granite top goes on and maybe the overhang will hide the whole thing. I'm sure you have all worked with people who go around measuring work with a micrometer.

The "Pro 500" stamping on the slide indicates that it is the Chinese slide (Direct Solutions) distributed by Baer Supply Company. Again, not a Salice product.
