I need to install a corner appliance garage in a kitchen we did a few years ago. The customer since upgraded to all granite counter tops and put in all tile on the wall space between the counter top and uppers. Just wondering the best way to install this so it is secure without drilling into the new granite. Thinking of just making up some small framing that will only be secured to the uppers, and drop it down to fasten the garage to?? Or some adhesive on the granite??

First off I would check if there is going to be a plugin in the appliance garage. Where I'm from that wouldn't pass code.

Dan, I don't care where you are from. I asked about how to securely fasten an appliance garage with granite tops and tiled walls. Nothing in that remotely asked about geographical locations and electrical codes or outlets inside them. If anyone has installed a corner appliance garage on granite with tiled walls then by all means share how you did that please. If it has absolutely nothing to do with this specific topic, like where I am from, outlets, and codes, I dont care. Thanks!

I install my appliance garages against counter and splash using adhesive calking. No drilling, no nails, no screws.

screws into the upper and clear caulk at counter and you should be good to go.

On a seperate note and I say this for your own benefit. You need to take down most of the pictures on your website. You are doing yourself a disservice by putting up pictures of kitchens with no backsplash, unfinished, stuff on countertops, kids in pictures. It would be far better to have no pictures for your sales.

Also, you'll fare better if you can put up items that are built out of something other than regular sawn oak.

Family Man, thanks for pointing out my website is pure crap. I didn't realize the photos of my work, mostly plain sawed oak, offended everyone in the wood industry, mostly you, and it was hurting my revenue stream to a point that I would need to stand in the soup line soon. Point being if your a professional you should Know the codes that effect you, not saying you Need to be a journeyman.
As for a few more tips from your web page.
Islands require a plug in. If you have a sink in the island with more than 12" countertop on a side you need a plug on each end of the island. The pic on your page with a pantry cabinet then about 8" countertop then the stove fails code as well. You must be 18" or 450 mm to combustible material, this being the pantry cabinet.
Just trying to help with some professional advice. Could save you in the long run.

The way I set Appliance garage is by securing it to the cabinet above and then use a 100% clear silicone caulk to the granite

BTW codes where I am, does not restric outlets in Appliance garage
