Seeking info on how others do it? L shape corian top with miter folding the front edges. what do you do for the inside corner? to be radius?
Pretty sure that square inside corners are not allowed. Will probably void the warranty.
Is this a veined or directional color? If not, you should be fine with a traditional radius corner and build up.
However, all that being said. If I were to fabricate the top. I would miter fold my edges, then butt the two tops together. I would probably put a giant support strip ~12" or so for transportation. I would also probably reinforce the back of the front buildup.
Again, this only works if it's not veined or directional. If it is, you would need to CNC the piece an extra inch or two long on the 45 degree end (because the cut will make the miter fold part come up short), do your miter fold cut (on cnc or feed through machine), then separate it from the top. Hand route the 45 degree back to proper length using a offset jig however much you oversized the part. Do that for both pieces, then trim and reattach your miter fold so the vein lines up. Then, do massive support strip and have someone sign a waiver. :)
It depends on the size of the legs of the "L" and the front edge height and what size fits in the elevator.
If its an 1-1/2" edge you can put two 6 x 6 pieces in the inside corner glued up for thickness.
If the edge height doesn't let you stack pieces then on the deep leg we glue a apron with a corner block
If the apron front edge is less than 1-1/2" and the legs are longer than what fits in the building we make a corner top that is the 1" or 2" (Avonite) deeper both directions.

The best way would be with a mason miter. You'll need to glue in a piece for the inside corner.
I too think a mason mitre is the right choice. You can also try using a kitchen worktop jig.
