Heat Treating 6" X 8" pine house logs

Hello Everyone
I was unable to get the logs and lumber into the dry kiln for proper treatment due to complications
This is a newly constructed log cabin
I'm trying to heat treat for pest / larva etc
It is a 24ft X 12ft square
the ceiling is 9ft high constructed with
6" X. 8" dovetail logs
The inside and outside shell of the logs
is at 6 - 8% moisture content
We placed a 35-40,000 BTU heater inside the cabin and sealed it up
For three days the inside temperature of the log cabin has been at 120-130 degrees
The highest exterior surface temperature of the logs so far has been 81 degrees
There appears to be no heat transfer from inside the logs to the outside
I want the 130 degree heat to go all the way through the logs to the outside to kill anything living inside the wood

Does any one know how high the temperature would have to get inside the cabin or how long it would take the inside temperature heat to transfer through the logs to the outside?
Any recommendations or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Wood is an insulator, it resists the passage of heat through it. That's why they build houses out of logs and have for hundreds of years. I don't believe you could ever be successful at heating a log "through & through" once it becomes part of a structure. Heat treating has to be done with the log fully enclosed in something capable of containing the heat and enveloping the entire log.

That wood must be cracking like crazy with all that heat on one side of the logs. Is that 8% at the surface or the center? I'd say you might as well save the energy, no way to get the center of the logs up to 135 degrees in a completed home.

If the heater is burning gas or oil, that won't work. See if anyone in the area has a system for killing bed bugs. They heat the room to 150F or so and hold it until all the bugs are dead. But this is probably not going to work anyway as a way of killing bugs. And it will only kill the ones there now if it does work. Bugs can move in again as soon as the wood cools
