1. Sales: After many decades of experience closing all types of high end projects, as a retained sales person I can bring into your company the high end projects that you are looking for. There is no limit to my abilities geographically. I have contacts throughout the 50 United States and overseas in south-central Asia. If you can perform and have a track record and passable financials I will be able to bring in pre-qualified projects. I have been doing this so long that I have forgotten what most people know, and will perform with the right fit.
2. Estimating: We are an upper level management entity in this industry, and have been around for over three decades. On our website you will see an example of detailed estimates, as well as efficiency consultation and project management. We are available to estimate projects for you on a 1099 fee basis and take credit cards. Prices are as low as $100.00 and normally charge 3/4 of 1% of the estimated value of the project. We obtain pricing from your vendors and/or our close relationships, and will negotiate the project for you. Our goal for you is to increase your close rate on estimates as well. 3. Project Management: I have over three decades of experience in our industry. I perform fee based project management at a negotiated amount, up to 4% of the contract amount.
