We are seeking a highly motivated, positive attitude, team driven individual that demonstrates a strong focus on operational excellence through leadership. The right candidate must be detail orientated and extremely organized with strong interpersonal and time management skills. Multi-Tasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a very fast paced environment will be key.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

o Be an “Innovator” by constantly looking for opportunities to innovate and create new processes, ideas or products; 'Innovation' is the ability to recognize and stimulate unusual ideas with high potential impact
o Review project scopes of work, collaborate with project managers and engineering manager to address product design concerns.
o Monitors and order sheet stocks & order outsource items if needed.
o Delegates & manage employee daily tasks on shop floor.
o Create cut lists as required and works with cnc programmer to control flow of product to the shop floor.
o Consistently delivers high-quality customer service, both responding to internal inquiries in a timely manner as well as keeping the customers’ need as a top priority.
o Oversees Custom woodworking, solid surface and casework production departments, assists with layout specialty pieces such as reception desks, wall panels, etc.
o Responsible to track material & labor project costs
o Actively manages weekly and monthly production schedule.
o Responsible to oversee product quality control
o Oversees the maintenance of all machinery and facility operations.
o Pursue company goals by achieving key performance metrics as defined by Executive Management, driving operational excellence and supporting the operations strategy.
o Communicate effectively, using all mediums, providing timely and accurate information with internal and external customers.
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
o Must have great accuracy and attention to detail
o Education or experience in fields such as Architecture, Construction, Manufacturing, etc.
o Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Bluebeam
o Excellent math skills and ability to read architectural and shop drawings
o Excellent verbal and written communications skills
o Extensive math, computer, analytical and organizational skills
o Honesty, integrity and a passion for excellence
o Military experience highly sought after
o Handles pressure, sets standards and promotes high morale
o Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers,
o Understanding of math and figures such as margins, mark up, discounts, commissions, and percentages
o Valid driver’s license.
The job requires flexible scheduling as necessary so as to be available to assist in attaining deadlines and company objectives. Standard office and job site environments are typically fast paced. Regular evening and weekend work may be required.
