sawdust and resin furniture6/5
I was thinking about furniture production and my first idea was sawdust and resin combination. Does anyone know the load bearing capacity and other characteristics (numbers) of such a mixture. I'd like to pour it into the mold. Does the idea have sense?
Sounds like expensive fun. What resin? Going to screen the saw dust? Going to market them, how?
Does the idea have sense? Well, certainly.
All you have to do is spend a huge amount of time and money to do all the engineering, chemistry, research, prototyping, testing, marketing and sales.
Or would you prefer that someone that has already done all that give you what they learned? Don't hold your breath.
You have an idea. With some work, it could be made into a concept, then a process, then maybe an experiment, or a test. Then perhaps, if all that works out, you might then have a prototype. Then with a last huge effort and investment, you could have a product.
Should have it by next week, eh?
