With the right kind of sled supporting the columns by the ends, you can rip a full round on the bandsaw.

Not sure if your project is paint grade. If it is, save yourself some work and see if what is available on the two links below will help you out. Unless you have a designer or architect that understands classical architectural orders and is adamant about adhering to their design structures, you can probably cobble something together that will, at the very least, fit into a corner.
