Does this company not understand the importance of renewing codes????? Jumped through all the hoops.
The relationship between paying the bill and service basically is always a Pain, I have this problem with Customers along with my own inability to pay before during and after. I got a Great dumpster company Good product and price is right, But that sucker will not dump and return with out the Green on time !! .
Obviously there is not enough info to think this happened to you, but I have had to learn where in a time zone the company is and time my payments for no disruptions.
I am sure you sent in payment at the first notice of a pending expiration right ?
That does sound frustrating and not the first time I have heard this story. If your looking for a new software you can stop by KCD's website take a look at the Videos which will show you how the software works. If your still interested give KCD a call or email, someone will contact you. KCD offers a FREE Online Demonstration of the software, or you can order an Evaluation of the software to try for 31 days. KCD offers FREE technical support and we DO NOT have any maintenance FEES. Any other questions please call or email
I gave up on them a while ago. There is a level of arrogance on the part of the owner that I refused to put up with. Too bad because the software is probably the best bang for the buck if you're running CNC.
I was happy with KCD until I needed to buy the CNC module, too expensive and no way to amortize the cost.
I know Rodger Personally he has been to my shop and done a full demonstration to the Aspire group which meets here once a year (150 Cabinetmakers and CNC guys) he may be totally experienced after all he did write most all of what eventually built the cabinetsoftware industry, Arrogant is far to subjective to desribe him, he was always Professionally helpful to me and anyone i sent to him
FWIW I just got off the phone with Mr. Taylor we talked for about a half hour.
There is an old saw: Actions speak louder than words.
Look at what he has done for the industry!
