costs for shop and field labor7/6
can anybody share their hourly billing to contractor or homeowner?
1. shop labor
65.00. For all three unless prev wage jobs it goes to 80.00. OT after 8. 8 hour minimum. Between mobilization and gathering tools, the day is about gone
Mileage- 1.00. Port to port.
The stone guys work at 90.00 an hour at the shop and in the field 120.00. On other people’s work/repairs no warranty
I have shop and finish at 70, and install at 100.
So at say $65 per hour are you saying thats for yourself /one person? that doesnt cover several men correct?
That's you production sales per hour (rough).
Add additional burden if your installers don't move between the shop and field or to be competitive in the marketplace. If you spend 20% of you time managing installations then add 20% or your year to the annual cost to come up with the rate unless you get a paycheck in which case your hours should be in there but you need to account for management and coordination time in the rate.
Knowing my rate won't help you
