Undermount soft close drawer slides1/14
What slide do you use and why? I am currently using Blum slides and hinges but my rep wants me to try the grass or kv ones. I do like that kv had a 22" slide
We have been using Blum for years and have tried others, but keep coming back. We pay 14.35/or of 21" sort arm models and another .50 per clip and never have any issues with them. My main hardware supplier is Richelieu and I hate shopping in different p,aces and like making my order on line at any time I like. Some larger hardware items are cheaper elsewhere, but if I tell my rep, he will almost always match prices. If it ain't broken, then don't fix it. Harold.
We do like the Grass Dynapro and find it slightly more rigid especially on large drawers and smoother with the rack and pinion gear.
We have been using the kv for about 4 years now and haven't had one callback. More sizes than others.
The reason I was looking at the kv is because of the 22" slides
Same as Harold... been using Blum a long time for a reason...
Same here, Blum slides and hinges for ever. Tried some price point brands at one point and realized the few dollars saved weren't worth the PIA or the callbacks due to failure.
Went to the last awfs show and scrutinized all the slides except the kv. Hands down winner was Blum. Just superior to anything else I saw. Never has a call back in 15 years
I've been using Salice and kv muv. Both are great but the kv has a much more sizes to choose from.
Another Blum guy here, slides and hinges.
