I have a customer who has a Holzher router and is experiencing something very weird: on some of his drills in his drill bank, a hole is being drilled twice, even though the code calls for one plunge! On some of his drills, with the exact same code, the machine drills only once....as it should. On other bits, the machine drills TWICE! Holzher will not help the customer even though he's spent enough on his router to buy a house, so I was hoping someone here could give some ideas as to why this is happening.
