Biesse Arrow TE059 Error10/24
I have a new to me Biesse Arrow with an OSAI control that I'm trying to get going.
When keying in a new tool, I'm getting a TE059 error - Pocket not compatible.
Would anyone know where to start looking to solve this? I assume that there is some residual data in the control, but I can't find it to delete it.
I will have to look it up to be for sure, but what I believe is happening is there were settings within AMP settings that the user could restrict the diameter of a tool that could be assigned to a specific magazine pocket and/or lock out pockets beside a pocket where you would store an aggregate. I will try to dig that up this weekend but if you have your manuals I would focus searching for that.
I got past this - I think I was loading the wrong table.
I guess I need to delete the existing ones and start over.
don't delete the tables, put a semi colon in front and this disables them. Measure all your tools and make what is loaded or in the carousel or boring block is valid and to length. Then slowly re-integrate. A lot of times going in there and formatting the drive is or deleting the tables, is ok, but without an operator that has current time on that controller, you will be at the mercy of Biesse support. Not a bad thing, but when they are busy, ......
I'm trying to figure out the relationship between the tool database and the tool table. The tool database doesn't have as many parameters as the tool table.
One other small issue.
I have tool T1 in pocket 10. When I call for T1 (pocket 10) the magazine moves to pocket 9.
