Overload Alarm
4/2/15
I have an Anderson Industrial Corp. Stratos/SUP CNC machine that went down today. The alarm goes away when I press an hold the reset button but comes back when i let go. Cant seem to find this specific alarm in the operators manual or anywhere online. What was happening when the alarm came up was the we were using just the vacuum pumps to hold some tops down unto some frames to get a more even hold with glue. I know, not what the machine was made for...but it worked really well with our other older CNCs pumps. This is the first time we tried it with this CNC. Any ideas of how to fix it?

Open the drawer on the end of the machine and check the blue OL (OL20, OL21, OL42..ect) switches. One of them may be tripped. Just push it in to reset it and all should be ok.
