I want to take a minute to compliment biesse on being a great company that stands behind their products with great service . Any one with a biesse has already expeirenced this.
If you call in with a question or problem , I have never waited longer than 45 minutes for a call back , which yielded a very through and intelligent answer .
If you want to place an order with the parts department you have it over night if you need it that quick.
I will say that we had hiccups , from day one . Some sensors went , and other relatively minor things . And they had a techincian there right away to resolve it and keep us up and running . Even 3 months after warranty was up, they still stood by their machine and helped me resolve the problem , and sent me a techincian free of charge to help until we found the source of a bad sensor . And while he was there they had him fix a leaky air line .
They understood that for a machine as young as ours we shouldn't of had issues with it , when you build as many machines as they do there's gonna be one that needs attention . No different than our world of cabinets and furniture .
Bottom line , if your in the market for a new router . Biesse is a solid choice. Through and through. I've been butting 3" solid oak and it does it with ease and precision.
