For two sided, I use a compression bit. You need to be able to cut full depth in one pass for this type of bit. Clean cut both sides. Correct feed and cutter speeds are important.

And is CNC Flat Table a must for this type of cutting? Sorry for this kind of question but i am still new in this field and i am looking to get all the information needed to start using a cnc thank you

I prefer a flat table router over a P2P, have both. We cut 40 to 60 sheets of 2 sided melamine coated particle board a day on a flat table, nested. Tool changer, & drill box are very desirable for almost any level of production. Compression spiral bits work very well, just run @ the feeds and speeds recommended by their manufacturers. We use Onsurd bits.

A compression bit is designed to have a upcut spiral at the end/tip of the bit and a downcut spiral about a 1/4" above that end/tip. The theory is the cutter ejects chips up when cutting the bottom and ejects chips down when cutting the top. A flat table (spoil board) is required for the cutter to slightly cut into when cutting in a single pass. Unlike saw blades, there is no downward thrust into the spoil board.
