Hi all,
I'm always looking for new/better ways to do what I'm doing. We make a lot of our drawers out of 15mm birch ply with a blind dado. I'm attaching a picture of a cutter Titman tools used to sell for a lock mitre that can be done on a cnc. They have stopped for some reason, has anyone else come across something similar by another manufacturer. I can get a bespoke one made but would prefer something off the shelf. Thanks Conor

Thanks Jim, I had a look at Freeborn. They seem to be spindle tooling, I'm looking for a tool I can put into a cnc router. Thanks Conor

Thanks for all your suggestions, as far as I can tell the Titman tool in my original post allows you to do both cuts while the pieces are stuck down to the CNC bed. I want to avoid having to do a second pass by turning the drawer side vertical on a router bench or spindle. Thanks Conor

No. the ones from BUP tool on page 70 are 2 tools. One does 45 male the other does 45 female. look closely at the profiles. Works good in a nest.
