Microvellum Nested Parts Mirrored Problem
10/21/16
hello! We hired a new guy in the shop here who said he was familiar with Microvellum. After he was here for a little while we found out he wasn't as familiar as he said, unfortunately. He went into the toolfile and somehow inverted the orientation/turned mirror on and now all our parts are mirrored. They look fine on the nested sheets/dxf but when the machine cuts its inverting/mirroring the parts. So this is obviously causing issues. Looked in the graphic interface and couldn't seem to figure out how to revert it back. Anyone out there know where to change that exactly? I'm sure there's a button to click or a orientation thing on the spreadsheet to change it. It seems that a lot of guys don't have a lot of knowledge of the MV Toolfile..but was hoping someone out there knows something.

Frank,
Have you checked the mirroring function at the machine?

First thing I would do is look at the code. Plot it out and you can tell quickly if the generated code is at fault or the machine. Can't decipher G-Code? Stand Back from the router Please!
