Busellato error code12/6
I have a Buselatto Jet 3006. I received an error:
Cycle Error n. 9003
I do not see this in any of my trouble shooting guides. Does anyone have any idea what this would be?
I can't stop the program that is running or set point.
9003 should be linked, within the software, to a readable message. The message or language files may be missing some data. Try changing the language (CTRL+/) to Italian then restart and retest. Maybe it will show text that can be translated.
Is there a specific time when this message appears?
This is the second time I have seen this error code. I am not sure how I resolved it the first time. I did not write anything about it in my notes. I am running about 50 pieces using the same program over and over again. I had about 20 done when this came up.
My 3006 throws codes, drives me nuts. Sometimes I can re-boot and it will go away but remain on the screen as an error code. If I turn everything off and re-start usually it works. Sometimes it takes several tries. Always happens when I want/need to get something done.
I don't know what your error code is, I'd turn off the power and re-boot, set point and then try starting your program.
My rover 321 would throw a similar error due to overheat because of cycling the same part over and over. The cabinet was not air conditioned
Thank you for your responses.
Bruce I did just that. We turned it off for the night and it worked fine yesterday. No error codes.
