Saber 408 2" acrylic furring problem4/24
After cutting some letters (approx. 4" tall) out of 2" thick acrylic, we've noticed there is a small amount of furring on the sides of the letters. Is it actually possible to get a perfectly smooth cut to the point where its got zero furring? Any recommendations for achieving a perfect finish on the sides?
How many passes?

I never tried them but heard O flute bits are designed for cutting plastic.
