I have a client that wants to have doors and fronts match as closely as possible to the kitchen shown in the picture below...
I haven't worked with engineered veneers yet and would greatly appreciate some help/advice.
I have seen some of the Cedan engineered veneers but they are more consistent in colour than the picture
Can anyone recommend a supplier of engineered veneers that might offer what my clients are looking for?
How do engineered veners take stain. I realize this depends on the original wood used in their manufacture, but also thought the glues used to keep the fibers together might also interfere...
Thanks for any and all help
Have a look at States Industries "Echo Wood" (just google it). Nice product.
What makes you think that it is engineered veneer? Looks like dyed rift "something". Too much color variation for the engineered that I have seen.
Just a guess on my part.
I also asked my question in the finishing forum and got great response... Turns out it is textured melamine resin...
