I found 130bf of beautiful rare quilted maple and this is the first piece I finished. It has 32 1/4" individuals panes of glass wich required 128 strips of trim and 256 miters. It fetures trough tenons and bear claw handles. ( The claws are made of ebony).

Is the back solid also ? If so how did you attatch it? Looking through your posts, you do very nice work.

Thank you Shawn.
The back is frame and panel solid wood and it is finish both sides, (This piece could be standing in the meddle of a room),
The back fits in rabeted sides, top and bottom.

Nice wood! You may want to use contrasting materials a little more in the future. Too much of a good thing IMO..
