I like the door Alex. Is there a finish on the door? If not, what kind of finish will it receive? Is that a gap I see at the top?

Thanks Mike, This picture was taken when I fit the door and hardware so that I could have a shot of the natural face before it gets painted. That is a space you see at the top. At some point the original exterior door was replaced with the current door wich is three inches shorter than the opening, they made up the difference with a piece of moulding. I had to match most of ther panel perimiters of the door behind my door and I didn't want to go to an 8" top rail so I will also have to fill down with a piece of moulding. You'll see that when I post a picture of the painted door.

I like the door, Is it glass panels or screen? What type of hinges did you use, are they spring for soft close?

Nice work Alex
What sort of hardware did you use for your storm/screen inserts. I am doing a similar door and cant find anything nice enough. Thanks
