Walnut desk and side table

This desk carcase is in solid walnut including the tops. all joints are hand cut. the file drawers accomodate both legal and standard folders the interiors are in solid white oak.

The right side drawer fronts are graduated even though the drawers are not. The left hand side has false drawer fronts and is in effect a cupboard door .The cupboard houses the main CPU. The central shallow drawer houses the keyboard and features a flip down front using "butlers tray hinges. The bottom surface is veneered lumbercore.The side table is coped into the main desk surface and features two fully functional pencil drawers....
