40 inch radius crown made of Knotty Alder, this was made on a 3 axis CNC router made by Komo. The whole job took about 20 hours which includes the prepping of material, drawing, coding, and machining.

How did you hold it down? Back screwed??

The crown molding was held down using the purple jig underneath it, it has a slot cut out for the crown molding and is then held down with vacuum.
