Strip & Refinishing the RITZ CARLTON Atlanta GA

We have 20 years in the painting field and now we do custom lacquer finishes. A millwork company had a contractor walk out on a contract for the RITZ CARLTON Atl Ga. The millwork company contacted four ONSITE finishing companys and we were the one they went with. We took the first floor(foyer, front desk, lobby, bar, and both entry ways) from a honey mapel color to minwax EBONY. We stripped all the wood panels and trim with a super strong stripper then we sanded it with 80 grit then 320 grit sandpaper. Next we stained and sealed, sanded again with 320. Our next step was spraying our dyes to make our color even. Once the color is right, we sanded again, sprayed first topcoat, then another sand with 320. Once everything is perfect we put our last coat of lacquer on. The RITZ CARLTON never closed during this project. We worked with the millwork shop and the RITZ on this project with no problems.
