The cabinets look just great, however there is so little wall left between that I would have thought that a unit that stretches all the way across the wall would have been a better choice. If not that then wainscoating the space between the cabinets below the rail with panels matching the cabinet doors and perhaps a miror framed to look an intregral part of the cabinet uppers would tie it all together better. To me the short little run of wall makes the cabinets look crowded. But it may not look so in person, and others may feel diferently.
Marty, looks great. I agree with Gerald about the empty wall though. I have a curved bar project that I am doing and am trying to figue out how to do the curved crown. Did you use bendable moulding or make it somehow? I'm using walnut so I need "somehow" to make it. You did a very nice job on this one.
First thought was, "wonder how much he got for that'. So, I ask you... Was it a fair price or did you get killed?
