Here goes; The wood is walnut. The doors are inset or reccessed, the frame is beaded,The hinges are euro sfoft close, The panels are "sold" 1/2" thick with applied moulding, Oh did I mention the uppers are also radiused as you will see. I believe this to be a very unigue project, You may correct if I am wrong, (do send pics) Check it out, you may let me know how you feel.

Very nice, I especially like the island end panels.

I think the end panels to the island are great. On the upper cabinets to the left and right of the hood, I think the center door should have had a small arch, and the doors adjacent should have been the continuation to that. Instead it looks like an arch, and then a half arch leading no where. So, I think it should have started low at the left door, arked up, continued through the center door, then back down the right door, making it a more continuous arch. If that makes any sense. Overall, well done.

gotta agree the island finished ends are the only unique part of this kitchen and i will say very cool and well executed. the rest of it is nice but with some design failings (see kol's description of inner doors at hotwall and the radius to nowhere). the corbels are hideous and not at all in keeping with what you've done at the sepentine finished ends which mirror their shape so why not throw out the victorian carved look and try to pick up the details of your ends in the corbels?

Well you see, the client shows me pictures, and I try to incorperate it into the design.
yes the center doors may have been better with their own arch, next time...Thanks guys
