10' x 10' Mission style Doors, sidelites, transom

Took me a month to build this 10' x 10' entry set. The customer said "Shaker", then gave me the basic drawing which was "Mission" I think. . . Well, it's in, they're happy, & I got a Tip! Sometimes life is good! If you look close you'll see that there's a rabbet 1/8" x 3/8" along every single edge that's ensconcing the panels & windows. I'll try to post a pic of this detail. I only have 1 pic & it's while I was still building the door.

Nice doors, what is the blocking between the doors & the transom for? Also, what material was used, is it Sapele? Is the glass tinted? Basically, what are the specs?

OK. . The specs are as follows; Doors 2 @ 3'/0" x 7'/0" x 2 1/4", Sidelites; 2 @ 14 1/2" x 7'/ 3/4" x 2 1/4", transom is 18" tall with 2 @ 14 1/2" & 1 @ 72 3/8". All wood is Sapele, stiles & muntins are 1/4 sawn. All the glass has a very light bronze tint, & is tempered, 3/4" insulated. The stops for the windows are actually individual frames that're secured with SS trim screws. The jamb legs for the door are a glue-up of 2 pcs of 8/4" planed to 3 1/2" true with inseide slots 5/8" x 5/8" the whole length for alarm & elec wiring, jamb depth is 6 7/8". I delivered the door in 2 pcs & assembled it on site. Install took 4 hours w/o inside casings. That'll be a seperate job

Gorgeous work!! What did you charge to build this and how many hours did you have in the fab.

I wanted $13,000.00 + finishing ($2250.00). It was the end of February, needed work, went for $11,500.00. Took about 140 hours, & I kept the material cost down since I had a lot of stuff here already. The glass should have cost $2200.00 alone, the wood should have cost about $3200.00, the hardware should have cost $300.00. All of these costs are what people usually pay. I didn't. I'm hesitant to post what I did pay, I'll just say that it was less than what you'd expect to pay.

Good afternoon I am looking for a wooden beam five feet tall and 9 inches in diameter when I rounded and smoothed in the woods mahogany, marble, teak wood or lychee wood. It is for making a wooden dummy.
Do you have this? What is the price?
Thanks for your time.

Is it a Wing Chun dummy? I built one many years ago, it was different than the standard ones. The torso was cut so that it pivoted, to stop this a peg is inserted. We made it out of red oak. Wish I would've known about Sapele then! Very heavy. I will look to see if I could find the book I used for drawings then. I emailed you my contact info.
