9' wide x 10' tall Carriagehouse doors in a "castle" type residence. I only could get 3 of them in the picture. Material is Sapele which was stained wayyy too dark in my opinion.

Very nice doors, how heavy are they?

450 lbs with the finish & the hardware (torsion spring type with 3" nylon rollers, heavy duty galv track & hinges. These doors also have a "High Lift" package since the customer has lifts inside the garage for his mechanic to service his car collection.
The finish is waaayyy too dark for my taste, especially since I did a false book-match with the T&G & all the rails. I was able to get long enough pcs. to make all the bottom, waist, & top rails from matching stock. I grain matched the plugs, & so on. All becaused originally they told me it was to be an oil finish, no color. . . .They changed their minds about it though. Oh well. Wish I took pics before the finishing.

I just read what I wrote, no, I did not book-match the rails, I grain, or, directional matched them. (oriented from left to right with the inside & outside cuts kept track of. I did all 4 doors' rails with 6, 16' boards that were all sequential milled, the stiles are from a different log, the color & grain was good though, so I used them.
