Listing #367 Listed on: 06/24/2006 Name: ST

Company Name: Advanced TechnologiesI'm letting the cat out of the bag....

Due to tremendous success with our previous AUC model 113, we have just completed the first prototype of AUC model 114. Redesigned from the ground up, this new advanced technology will dominate the utility chair market. Thanks to many responses from the previous post, our team of experts have taken all collected data and incorporated it into 1 design. I present to you the AUC model 114.

While I see your forward-thinking engineering teem thought of THE most important advancement (a centrally located beer holder), you make no specific mention of it.

It would HAVE to be the most important feature and hopefully ALL the other components have been designed with the importance of this in mind:

- Do any of the other features hinder or delay the movements to the holder?
- Is there any possibility of instability causing a tragic fluid spill?
- In the event of an extended seating event, is there a possibility of multiples?
- Refrigeration?

Steve, I dont think thats a "beer holder" -just an empty left there accidently by one of those "team experts" .

This is why alcohol should not be allowed in any shop!! At least put the screwguns away when you open the beer.

Or is this the result of combining woodworkers, beer, and scrap wood with that all too rare ingredient - spare time?

Either way, an excellent job.

It looks eerie. almost "NASA like".
Didn't they leave one of these behind on the moon in 1969?

Or is it more At AT "we don't make the chair you sit in. We make the chair you sit in better".

So, it might have already been patented by earlier intelligence. Get a good patent attorney. Be careful about your chromium-molybdenum steel. It resembles a product made by Reynolds (aluminum foil)

It is helpful when advertising to find a beautiful young lady using it.

Good lock

can it fly?

I sense somebody REALLY,REALLY wants a job with NASA. Good job, but where's the hearing protection for when the wife starts hollering about doing work around the house.

Can we expect to see this at Woodcraft anytime soon?

Greetings ST, Due to the importance of this feat, I might suggest that you contact Art Bell who may or may not be interested in securing a film crew to document this voyage of yours for the betterment of humankind...................RCB

i've seen better.but keep tryin.the fluidity of the outer lines is still on the amateurish side.and the conveyed emotional dimension is obscure at best. but it's got 'bling bling' oozing from the fibers of it's being. B-

db, I'll have you know I think I may have just been nominated for the Nobel Prize for developing this technology. It's a bit early to tell but I have a good feeling about this model 114. Sorry the lines aren't what they should be, its just so hard to put all these systems into a chair, one of those designer difficulties. Perhaps model 115 will be more to your liking.

Sorry Art Bell, CNN has already offered to broadcast the event live, its an exclusive, should be on Saturday evening.

db said it best...definitely got some bling going on here. With all this success, you may need to think about changing your image.....maybe start driving a blinged out Hummer...get some body guards.

Yes, like you, I have nothing to do at the moment :-).

PS: Bet your wife got PO'd when she realized you'd used all her aluminum foil.
