This music box I made for my wife for Christmas. The music is a 72-note movement. The frame and bun feet are out of Quilted Bubinga and the top and base are out of solid black ebony. The glass has a 1/2-in bevel on the outside face of each piece. The overall size is: 11-in. long x 6 1/2-in. deep x 5-in. tall. Thank you for looking! Happy New Year

Very nice. I recently made about 20 music boxes……simple ones…..for a music box company. I think they were 72 note as well. Does yours play more than one tune?

Thank you Roger, This is a Sankyo 72 Note, which is one of your cheaper movements. The three songs that it plays is the March of the Wooden Soldiers”, “Waltz of the Flowers,” and “Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy.
