I got the opportunity to build a unique kitchen for a renovation project on an old farmhouse. It was a local builders pet project that I work with frequently and he gave me a lot of design leeway with some guidelines. He wanted most pieces to be free standing and look like a conglomeration of random furniture. It was a very fun project and a nice break from the norm.
