to answer your questions not sure how how heavy the doors are Imade them about 8 years ago.All I can say is that it took 3 guys to lift them on to the hinges.Took about 4 weeks foor the main door to build.The instalation was fairly easy as the frame was made in 7 parts.The upper arch is on the 2nd floor and is made up of 4 parts, so we were able to asemble it on the 2nd floor.
WOW Ain't saying enough. Did you carve or rout the panels?
I cannot fathom starting a project of that magnitude...

the panels were rough cut on the cnc,then finished by hand in the corners. I put a picture to show you
