I finally decided to tackle a Windsor chair. How'd I do? The only power tool used was the lathe.

John, the chair looks awesome! Very nice job. How long did it take you?
I have been wanting to try building some chairs, but have never done it, and at some point I have to give it a try.

Thanks Marc, It is hard to say exactly how much time. I had to build a shaving horse before I done the spindles. All told I have about 60 hours in it over a period of about a month and a half. Thanks again.

Dang nice chair, I gotta' say you're quick. I've built chairs before and that puppy would've taken me about two weeks.

Wow, Thanks Jeff! That makes me feel alot better. I thought I would never get the thing done. It actually took less time to built the last morris chair I built. There was a lot more satisfaction with this chair though. I treat the hand work as a kind of therapy. Thanks again for the comment.
