Appleton Custom Lumber
Listing #205   Listed on: 12/01

Appleton Custom Lumber is a "Mom & Pop" operation started in 1994 with a B-16 Timberking as a part time operation. Started to provide cedar lumber for our own shop operation. After leaving a 20 year industrial job we started sawing full time after hurricane Opal hit us. Sawing jobs began to come from every direction and with the help and blessings of God we were off and running! Soon customers were requesting kiln dried and planed lumber. We purchased a Nyle L200 kiln and a Logosol PH260 moulder/planer, bought a new B-20 Timberking Bandmill and built a 2000 sq. ft. shop for the new equipment. We have a 100 mile radius that we custom saw for customers. We can now take the trees from the stump to a finished product for our customers. We can be reached at 251-966-5786.

700 bd ft of Red Cedar T&G Paneling ready for pick-up.

Here is some Long Leaf SYP 1X10 flooring we did for a customer. Turned out very nice.

Our Green Lumber /Log hauler. Fresh stickered 1 X 10's in front of it.

This is the end from which the kiln is loaded.

The PH260 Logosol waiting on some more lumber to keep it company.

A charge of dried lumber ready to come out of kiln and into the PH260 for some T & G paneling.

With the log squared into proper cant, sawing the 1 X 10's.

1X8 Spalted Poplar a fellow Sawyer brought for drying and milling. Going to be a beautiful wall!!

Hello Mr. Merritt,
I was scanning the web and came across this page. I've visited your facility a couple of times and it's just as impressive in person as the pics you have listed here. I'm drawing up home plans now, so I look forward to getting that cedar from you! Thanks alot, Matt.
