I needed Custom Carriagehouse doors, and that was how this started. Went on to making matching entries & all the assocative millwork needed. Now we do virtuallty any type of woodowrking that the customers require. I have learned to do radiused work pretty well & efficiently, also to replicate virtually any trim set needed.
Also, we are a supplier of radiused weather-stripping, radiused jambs & casings. To several lumber yards & door dealers. All of this is stain-grade work.
We have also done some very nice pieces for a temple, a Bimah, Mehitza walls, & privacy walls.

My 8" joiner with a powerfeed. Love it.

  Long view of shop

More mess to the right of the cut area, I clean up comepletly every Friday, took pics on Thursday :)

Messy cut & mortise area to the left of tooling.

My tool corner, few shapers, a bandsaw & a bunch of cutters & bits.

My racks from the end of the main 16' workbench.

  Some displays of router carving

My litle display area & my main salesman, security guard, benn robbed 11 x. :)

My 2 main workhorses. Shaper is a T110 Invincible 10hp 3ph, planer is 15" 3hp Helical head Grizzly, I like it.
