We are set up to provide custom production CNC cutting and carving using a ShopBot PRSAlpha 90x60 CNC router. We also do automatic edgebanding (hot air edgebander), wood milling, and sanding.

Bathroom cabinetry - birdseye maple with quarter round medicine cabinets with solid wood doors.
New kitchen of hickory. No particle board or MDF anywhere in this kitchen. Carvings added to upper cabinet doors to add a very personalized touch. Corner cabinets use full extension drawers instead of lazy susan, making it a more user friendly kitchen with more storage space.
Arts and Craft bookcase - solid quartersawn white oak.

Great setup you have there. I have a few questions about your CNC. What kind of hold down system are you using? Another if you don't mind me asking what was your total cost for the CNC setup? programs, training, hold-down system.

Hi Jeremy - I have a 4 zone vacuum hold down system using 4ea 220vac motors, 1 on each zone. The motors are attached directly under the table - no plumbing.

I would guess that total cost for hardware (including bits) and software is around $40K.
